Terms of service
Last updated: July 6, 2026
The agreement
These terms govern your use of Inklate — the marketing site, the product at app.inklate.com, and the API at api.inklate.com (together, "the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you accept them for that company.
Accounts and organizations
- You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your sign-in email secure.
- Work happens inside organizations. Members act under the role they're granted; owners are responsible for who they invite and the keys they mint.
- You're responsible for activity under your account and your organization's API keys. Rotate or revoke a key immediately if you suspect exposure.
Your content
- You own the content you create in Inklate. We claim no rights over your drafts or posts beyond what's needed to run the Service — storing them, scheduling them, and publishing them where you tell us to.
- You're responsible for what you publish and for having the rights to publish it.
- Publishing to a connected network is subject to that network's own terms (e.g. LinkedIn's).
AI agents
- Agents you connect act on your organization's behalf; their actions are your organization's actions.
- Agent access is scoped by API key or OAuth grant and can be revoked at any time.
- You're responsible for reviewing what your agents publish, just as you would a teammate.
Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to:
- publish unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content;
- send spam or platform-manipulating content to connected networks;
- probe, disrupt, or overload the Service or evade its tenant isolation;
- resell access without an agreement with us.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules, with notice where practicable.
Billing
- Paid plans are billed per seat — your organization plus each team member and client — through Polar, our merchant of record.
- Plans renew automatically until cancelled from organization settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
- Plan entitlements (channels, quotas, agent access) are enforced by the Service and may evolve — material reductions will be announced ahead of time.
The Service
- We work to keep the Service reliable but provide it "as is," without warranty of uninterrupted availability.
- Connected networks can change or revoke API access in ways outside our control; we'll mitigate but can't guarantee continuity of any specific channel.
- We may update features over time. If we discontinue the Service, we'll give you a reasonable window to export your content.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inklate's total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount your organization paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for what you or your agents choose to publish.
Termination
You can delete your account or organization at any time. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, the deletion rules from theprivacy policy apply.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the product before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
